Important Dates & Deadlines
- Tuesday, August 29, 2023 – Advance Shipment Receiving – First day warehouse will begin receiving advance shipments without surcharges.
- Thursday, August 31, 2023 – Advance Order Discount Deadline – All orders must be received with payment in full to receive discounted pricing.
- Thursday, Sept. 1, 2023 – Exhibitor Registration Deadline – deadline for all on-site staff registration – click here
- Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2023 – Exhibitor HOTEL Electrical, Internet, and A/V DISCOUNT order deadline
- Thursday, Sept. 7, 2023 – Advance Order Deadline for Custom graphics and/or table throws – All orders must be received with payment in full to guarantee production for show. These items WILL NOT be available to order after the deadline date.

What is included in an exhibitor staff registration?
All exhibitor staff registrations include access to:
- Innovation Station
- Opening Night Party
- All expo hours and meal functions in the exhibit hall (lunch, reception, and breakfast)
- All concurrent seminars not including the CEO Panel, Closing Keynote & General Sessions (continuing education credits are not provided to exhibitor staff. An additional fee is required to receive CE credits).
Can I purchase tickets for additional onsite activities/functions?
Yes. Exhibit staff may purchase tickets to the Keynote(s), General Session(s), and Awards Gala Activities. These add-ons will be available at the time of exhibit staff registration (in May).
How do I register myself and/or additional exhibit staff?
Full registration instructions will be updated here once registration goes live in May. Additional staff fees apply at $299 per person.
