Kelly Dineen, RN, JD, PhD
Kelly Dineen is the director of the health law program at Creighton University School of Law. She has a clinical background in nursing, ranging from ICU care to the care of patients with implanted programmable devices. Dineen also practiced law and holds a PhD in healthcare ethics. She teaches healthcare law, bioethics and the law, and drug and device law. Her research focuses on legal and ethical issues in health care, as well as professional decision making.
