IHS is not utilizing the services of any housing agency for the 68th Annual IHS Convention & Expo scheduled for Sept. 19-21, 2019, in Nashville, TN.
No one other than IHS staff is authorized to contact you about making a hotel reservation for the IHS Convention. Should you receive any call, email or postal mail from anyone other than IHS about hotel accommodations, please disregard the solicitation and go to the hotel booking page set up specifically for the IHS Convention.
You can also make conference hotel reservations by phoning the hotel directly at 888-777-6779. Ask for “International Hearing Society” to receive the discounted rate.
If you provide your credit card information to any unauthorized vendors, your card may be charged but you may not have a reservation when you arrive in Nashville.
